Zesty Louisiana Voodoo Fries

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into strips about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
