A delightful dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a rich, buttery sauce infused with honey and spices, perfect for cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and deglaze the pan with chicken broth, scraping up the browned bits.
  5. Add the butter mixture to the skillet and cook until smooth.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For added richness, consider substituting half the butter with garlic herb butter. Adding vegetables or marinating chicken in lemon juice can enhance flavor.
