  • Ahi Tuna (Sashimi Grade)
  • Avocado
  • Cooked Sticky Rice
  • Cucumber
  • Tempura Batter
  • Eel Sauce
  • Spicy Mayo

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tempura Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tempura batter according to the package instructions until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Shape the Nori: Carefully cut the nori sheets into taco shapes.
  3. Fry the Nori Shells: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Dip each nori taco shell into the tempura batter and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Prepare the Spicy Ahi Tuna: In a mixing bowl, combine diced Ahi tuna with spicy mayo to coat evenly.
  5. Assemble the Tacos: Fill each crispy nori shell with a scoop of cooked sticky rice, top with the spicy Ahi tuna mix, diced avocado, and sliced cucumber.
  6. Final Touches: Drizzle eel sauce over the filled tacos and serve immediately.
