  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes until combined.
  2. Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch until coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken, cooking for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Prepare noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss with chicken and sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
