Slow Cooker Buffalo Mac & Cheese

A creamy and cheesy dish with a spicy kick, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)
  • 2 cups buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different cheese combinations and add jalapeños for extra heat. For a crunchy top, add seasoned breadcrumbs 15 minutes before cooking ends.
