Pizza Chips – Easy Baked Snack for Parties

Pizza Chips are a delightful twist on traditional pizza, served in a fun and snackable form. These crispy, cheesy treats are perfect for parties, game nights, or quick family snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • ¾ cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3040 mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray or brush
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cut your tortillas into triangle wedges and arrange them in a single layer on the lined baking sheet, ensuring not to overlap them.
  3. Lightly brush or spray the chips with olive oil, then generously sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top.
  4. Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each tortilla chip, just enough to coat without overwhelming the chip.
  5. Top evenly with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, ensuring an even coating for optimal meltiness.
  6. Add 2-3 mini pepperoni slices to each chip, distributing them evenly for that classic pizza flavor.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until you notice the cheese bubbling and the edges of the chips turning a lovely golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and then serve warm for the best taste experience.

Notes

Experiment with different types of cheese or toppings for a unique flavor combination. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat for optimal crispiness.
