Pecan Pie Bark with Graham Crackers and Pecans

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Evenly distribute the graham cracker crumbs across the baking sheet.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and dark brown sugar over medium heat, stirring continuously until bubbling.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  6. Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and press down gently.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
