  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (Oregano, Parsley, Dill)
  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Brine

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Olives: In a bowl, combine olives, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chili flakes. Mix gently and set aside.
  2. Create the Whipped Feta: Crumble feta into a separate bowl, add Greek yogurt, and blend using a mixer until creamy.
  3. Combine Herby Goodness: Mix in honey and fresh herbs into the whipped feta.
  4. Assembly: On a serving platter, add a dollop of whipped feta and arrange marinated olives around it, drizzling marinade over the feta.
  5. Serving: Let the dish sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish: Optionally, garnish with additional herbs or chili flakes before serving.
