Italian Antipasto Cream Cheese Log

A delightful appetizer that brings the essence of Italy right to your table with rich flavors and a creamy texture, perfect for gatherings and family dinners.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped Italian deli meats (salami or pepperoni)
  • 1/3 cup chopped black and green olives
  • 1/3 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • Additional chopped Italian antipasto mix or fresh parsley for garnish
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out of the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the Italian deli meats, olives, roasted red peppers, and optional cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, chopped ingredients, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap, shaping it into a log and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, unwrap the log and roll it in additional antipasto mix or fresh herbs.
  6. Slice into rounds and serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

You can prepare this dish a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Feel free to customize ingredients as per your preference.
