  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined and frothy.
  3. Gently fold in the cubed French bread and fresh blueberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter generously over the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.
  7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
