Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread
  • Fresh Basil
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh Chives
  • Cream Cheese
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Butter
  • Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, basil, parsley, chives, and lemon juice until smooth to create the herb mixture.
  2. Spread the herb mixture on one side of each sourdough slice.
  3. Layer shredded mozzarella on half of the slices.
  4. Assemble sandwiches with unsmeared slices on top.
  5. Grill in a buttered skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Optional: Cover the skillet briefly to enhance cheese melting.
