  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs, whisked
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour

  • Cooking Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workstation: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and gather mixing bowls, a whisk, and a frying pan.
  2. Cut the Chicken: Slice chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Setup Dipping Stations: Create three stations with seasoned flour, whisked eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with ranch seasoning.
  4. Coat the Chicken Strips: Dip each strip in flour, followed by the egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the Chicken: Cook chicken strips in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Drain Excess Oil: Transfer cooked strips to a paper towel-lined plate and serve hot.

Notes
