Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake Tacos

A delightful twist on traditional tacos, filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and the nostalgic flavors of Fruity Pebbles.

  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional Fruity Pebbles cereal for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Fruity Pebbles cereal and melted butter. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Firmly press this mixture into taco-shaped molds or muffin tins. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually blend in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream, ensuring it remains airy.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling into each taco shell carefully.
  6. Top with additional Fruity Pebbles for garnish and serve immediately or chill for an hour.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and ensure the shells are well-packed before chilling.
