Fruity Pebbles Bread

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using whole wheat flour and natural sweeteners like honey.
