  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (for sauce)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler.
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell lengthwise and pull the meat upward.
  3. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Brush the mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
  5. Broil the lobster tails for about 8 to 10 minutes until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
  6. To make the cream sauce, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in flour to create a roux.
  7. Whisk in the heavy cream and cook until thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and extra minced garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  9. Spoon the sauce over the broiled lobster tails and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Monitor the lobster closely while broiling to avoid overcooking. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
