  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Rainbow sprinkles for rolling

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine oat flour, protein powder, almond butter, and honey until well mixed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls using a tablespoon.
  4. Roll each ball in rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

For additional flavor, add a pinch of sea salt. You can substitute almond butter for other nut butters if desired.
