  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling
  • Food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, green)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Divide the dough into four equal portions and knead in food coloring until vibrant.
  6. Roll the colored dough into 1-inch balls and coat in granulated sugar.
  7. Place on the prepared baking sheet with space between each ball.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden, then press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  9. Return to the oven for 2 additional minutes, then cool on the baking sheet, adding sprinkles if desired.
  10. Serve fresh or with ice cream.

Notes

For a twist, consider using chocolate chips instead of Hershey’s Kisses. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
