Guilt-free Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls that combine the rich flavors of cream cheese and strawberries for a delightful snack.

  • 1 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Honey/Agave Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Freeze-Dried Strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add in the freeze-dried strawberries, protein powder, almond flour, oats, honey or agave syrup, and salt. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll the chilled mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Roll each protein ball in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries until evenly coated.
  6. Place the coated protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate the balls for an additional 15-20 minutes to set before enjoying or storing for later.

Notes

For smoother texture, let the cream cheese come to room temperature. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup as needed.
