  3. Whisk the Yolks and Sugar: In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
  4. Combine the Mixtures: Gradually add the chocolate-cream mixture to the egg yolk mixture while whisking continuously.
  5. Strain the Mixture: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into serving cups or ramekins.
  6. Set in the Refrigerator: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  7. Serve: Garnish with fresh mint or whipped cream before serving.
