A stunning cheesecake combining rich, creamy layers with tart cranberry and sweet white chocolate swirls, perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, then gradually add the remaining sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until fluffy.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed to avoid overmixing.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake batter onto the crust, add half of the cranberry sauce, and swirl together. Pour the remaining batter and repeat the swirling process.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  9. Cool to room temperature and chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.

Notes

Room temperature ingredients yield a smoother batter. Avoid overmixing when adding eggs for a fluffy texture.
