Crack Chicken Tenders are juicy, crunchy chicken strips coated in a creamy ranch dressing and a cheesy topping. Perfect for any meal or snack.

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with the ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then press into the cheese and cracker mixture to coat.
  6. Arrange the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding cayenne pepper to the coating mixture or using different dipping sauces.
