Cake Mix Cool Whip Cookies

Delightful soft and chewy cookies made with cake mix and Cool Whip, perfect for any gathering or sweet treat.

  • 1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling cookies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls, using powdered sugar on your hands if needed.
  4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated.
  5. Place cookie balls on a lined baking sheet with space to spread.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and slightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.

Notes

Ensure Cool Whip is fully thawed for the best mixing results. Chill sticky dough before rolling into balls if necessary.
