  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for blueberries)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. In a small bowl, toss blueberries with sugar and lemon juice.
  8. Drop dollops of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, swirl in cheesecake and blueberry mixtures.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes or until edges are golden.
  10. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
