Blackberry Lemonade Pie

A refreshing and creamy pie that combines the zesty flavor of lemons with the sweet tartness of blackberries, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup blackberry jam
  • Fresh blackberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand, then press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the lemon filling into the prepared crust and swirl spoonfuls of blackberry jam into the filling.
  4. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  5. Garnish with fresh blackberries before serving, slice, and enjoy your delightful treat!
